how it works

basically, we will secure tickets for you. you will have to prepare the presale codes, and do other necessary steps like verification and linking of payment methods (if applicable).usually, you will be given the general reservation form if event details are not yet announced. once announced, we will have a specific form for that event. your information, seat preference, and other details will be collected through the said form.note: sometimes, for big events, there will be a separate form and guidelines for them. please do make sure to check our posts.

local events

SM Tickets. for events that will require the tickets to be under the attendees' names, we will be using the clients’ own SM Tickets accounts. however, the payment methods to be used will still be ours to lessen the inconvenience that may occur. if not required, we will be using our own accounts.

Ticketnet. tickets are under our names. physical tickets are redeemable a week before the event. additional 100 fixed service fee + 50 ticketnet fee for every ticket converted to physical copies.

international events

most ticketing websites will require us to use your own site accounts and payment methods. this means you will have to entrust us with your personal information, login credentials, and card details. you might want to consider these before submitting the form.

terms and conditions

  • submitting the form does not automatically guarantee a ticket. tickets are subject to availability.

  • full payment is due 3 days before the ticketing date.

  • first to pay reservation (service) fee, first to serve basis.**

  • all information must be dealt with utmost confidentiality.

  • be respectful; be clear with your requests.

  • be kind; please maintain a good attitude in conversing.

  • 100% ticket and online fee will be refunded in case we fail to secure or once all tickets are sold out. service fees are nonrefundable.

  • only submit the form if you are 100% sure.

  • make reading a habit. please do double check everything before you submit.

when will i know if i got a slot? should there be available slots, we will dm the people in the waiting list and offer you a slot. otherwise, we will dm you on the day of ticket selling once we're done securing for our clients.

does availing your service guarantee our tickets?
no, we cannot guarantee 100% that tickets will be secured. we rely solely on the availability of the tickets on the website. however, we assure you that we will do our best to secure your tickets, even if it will take a little while.

how can i claim the ticket?
if the ticket is under our name, we will claim it ourselves and arrange shipment or delivery. if it is under your name, you may claim the ticket at the nearest ticketing outlet.

what happens if you can't secure the ticket?
we will give full refund of the ticket price and online fee (if applicable). only the service fee is nonrefundable.

can I pay extra amount to be prioritized?
no, we don't accept extra payments for prioritization. we will strictly follow first to pay (service / reservation fee) basis.

how much is the service fee?
for local events, it depends on the tier you will be availing. usually, they are around 500-1000 php. for international events, fixed amount of 1500 php. note that fees are per ticket.
